     For years I have enjoyed supporting artists, never dreaming that I would eventually find a medium to work with that "spoke" to me and that I could create art myself. When I discovered alcohol ink and then later, acrylics, I was drawn to the colors and the way they would react to different techniques as well as to each other. I take great pleasure in mixing my own colors and I find that the paints and inks lead the way in my work. Freedom and flexibility define what I find myself creating. I enjoy functional art as well as the purely decorative. While I am primarily self-taught, I really do enjoy participating in classes and workshops. I have found that artists are some of the most generous people in the world in sharing their techniques and ideas.

     I am so excited to share the pleasure I find in creating my art with you.
